Tonight’s welcome mixer will be an evening to remember when CAPRSA attendees descend upon Nashville’s newest attraction — the National Museum of African American Music.
Located downtown off Broadway, the 56,000-square-foot facility opened its doors in 2020 and is the nation’s only museum dedicated to the impact of African American music. From early religious songs to hip-hop and the rhythm and blues, their expertly curated collections integrate history and interactive technology to tell the story of how a distinct group of people used their artistry to impact and change the world.
Cheers to celebrating the American soundtrack, we’ll see you there!
