Keynoter Glen Jackson urges attendees to attract leaders

by The 100 Companies

“Trust is the most important five-letter word in business – more important than asset, money, or brand,” said Glen Jackson, co-founder of Jackson Spalding during CAPRSA’s keynote session Monday.

He also offered other tips: “When you are leading a business, you should focus on the five “Fs: Fun, fascinating, future, financial and freedom … and what I call the ‘-ates:’ Celebrate, delegate, initiate and navigate.”

“There are leaders who attract leaders and leaders who attract followers,” he said. “Be the leader who attracts leaders, not followers, by focusing on your people’s strengths, not weaknesses.”

Wise words to lead by.
